Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a high performing sales team Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
